Job description
Elysian Hospice in San Antonio, TX is seeking a bilingual CNA to provide compassionate personal care and support to hospice patients in their homes or facilities. You will assist with ADLs, follow the plan of care, and report changes to the clinical team.
Requirements include CNA certification, strong communication, and the ability to work independently. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are preferred as is experience in hospice or home health care.
