Job description
UniVista Insurance is seeking a hands-on HR Partner based in Harlingen, TX. You will support day-to-day HR operations, partner with managers and leadership, and help strengthen employee engagement and policy adherence across Texas locations.
You are a proactive HR professional with strong employee relations, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual English and Spanish required, non-negotiable.
