Job description
Moaddel Law Firm seeks an experienced Intake Attorney to serve as the first contact for prospective clients in our Immigration practice. This role evaluates case viability, guides individuals through complex immigration matters, and ensures high-quality intake processes.
You will oversee legal strategy within intake and collaborate with BD, Legal, and Support teams. The position requires 3–5 years in Immigration Law, bilingual English/Spanish, and a JD with an active bar license.
