Job description
Apply psychiatric expertise and bilingual Indonesian-English communication skills to help improve the quality, cultural accuracy, and clinical reasoning of advanced AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on creating and evaluating realistic psychiatric content grounded in Indonesian clinical practice, with no prior AI experience required.
Key Responsibilities Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies that reflect real-world clinical situations and culturally nuanced Indonesian perspectives.
Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert annotations informed by Indonesian psychiatric practices.
Prepare clear, precise written analyses and documentation in both Indonesian and English, maintaining clinical and cultural accuracy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to improve AI systems'' understanding of psychiatric concepts.
Apply ethical judgment when reviewing sensitive mental health content, including maintaining patient confidentiality and professional standards.
Help develop bilingual communication frameworks for accurate exchange of psychiatric information.
Provide expert feedback on analytical evaluation methods used by AI systems in mental health contexts.
Qualifications Medical degree such as an MD, MBBS, or equivalent, completion of a psychiatry residency, and a valid medical license.
Native fluency in Indonesian and advanced proficiency in English, including strong written and verbal communication skills.
Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Indonesian clinical settings.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning when addressing complex mental health scenarios.
Strong experience developing teaching materials or case studies for educational or research purposes.
Experience working on interdisciplinary projects, ideally involving technology, research, or digital health.
Familiarity with both Western and Indonesian psychiatric frameworks.
Strong analytical evaluation, case study development, documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professional integrity.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Work is project-based and tied to available customer-focused AI training initiatives.
Prior experience working with AI systems is not required.
Compensation Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour.
