Job description
AssuranceAmerica Corporation is hiring an Inside Territory Manager in McAllen, TX or Atlanta, GA to nurture agent relationships, drive sales, and expand market presence. You will manage daily outreach, guide agents to meet quotas, and collaborate with field teams to support growth objectives.
The role requires 1–3 years in sales, bilingual English/Spanish, CRM experience, and MS Office proficiency. Occasional travel may be needed to support training and onboarding.
