Bilingual Insurance Sales & Customer Service RepresentativeWe are a busy, established, growth-focused State Farm agency looking for an experienced and motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team for a long-term career opportunity.This is a full-time, in-office position working four 10-hour days per week (40 hours total). We are looking for someone who enjoys sales, customer service, marketing, and building strong relationships with customers.The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented, and looking for a company where they can stay, grow, and build a long-term career.Compensation$52,000-$65,000 annual base salaryProjected range with base/commissions/bonuses 60,000 - 90,000+Sales commissionsPerformance bonusesAdditional earning opportunities based on individual and agency productionBenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement planPaid time off (PTO)Sales commissionsPerformance bonusesProfessional growth and advancement opportunitiesScheduleFull-time, in-office positionFour 10-hour workdays per week40 hours per weekConsistent attendance and punctuality are essential to this positionKey ResponsibilitiesProactively sell and cross-sell Auto, Fire, Life, and Health insurance productsProvide exceptional customer service while identifying additional insurance needs and sales opportunitiesComplete a minimum of 35 inbound/outbound customer calls per dayMaintain a minimum production expectation of 50 written policies per monthConsistently follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customersMarket insurance products and develop new business opportunitiesMaintain accurate documentation and strong organizationFollow through on customer requests, leads, quotes, and commitmentsWork collaboratively with the entire agency team to achieve individual and agency goalsBuild long-term customer relationships through responsive, professional serviceRequired QualificationsPrevious State Farm agency experience is requiredMust currently hold Auto, Fire, Life, and Health insurance licensesMust be bilingual in English and SpanishStrong sales, marketing, and customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughComfortable working toward measurable sales and activity goalsDependable with consistent attendance and punctualitySelf-motivated with a strong work ethicPositive, professional, and team-orientedInterested in a long-term position with opportunities for growthWe are looking for someone who wants more than simply their next job.
