Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative - Spanish/EnglishState Farm Agency | Atlanta, GAOur award-winning State Farm agency in Atlanta is looking for a motivated, bilingual Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and turning customer needs into effective insurance solutions.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who wants to build a rewarding career in insurance. Insurance experience and licensing are preferred, but motivated candidates with a strong sales background are encouraged to apply.$45,000–$75,000 total compensation, including base salary, commissions, and bonusesPaid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days401(k) matchCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesValuable insurance and sales experienceSupportive team environmentGenerate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective customersIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and servicesBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsEducate customers about coverage options, eligibility, and policy benefitsAssist with policy changes, transfers, billing questions, and claim-related inquiriesMeet or exceed established sales goals and performance expectationsProvide professional, responsive, and friendly customer serviceFluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languagesAt least 4 years of sales experience, including inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, account management, or a related sales roleDemonstrated success meeting sales goals, quotas, or performance targetsActive insurance license preferredProperty & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferredMust be willing and able to obtain the required insurance license(s)Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesCustomer-focused with a professional and positive attitudeWe believe in helping our team members reach their potential.
