Intake ParalegalThompson Law Injury Lawyers vision is to be the law firm of choice for every person injured or killed due to preventable tragedy while providing our clients world-class service and record-setting results. The position entails answering incoming calls and interacting with potential new clients over the phone and in person in a caring manner. This involves responding to calls efficiently and accurately, addressing concerns, notifying paralegals and investigators, providing excellent customer service, and performing other administrative duties. Schedule: Sunday to Thursday 1pm to 10pm (eastern time)Qualifications:REQUIRED: Bilingual in English and Spanish1-3+ years working in a Law firm.1+ years as an Intake Paralegal (Personal Injury Law highly preferred)Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person.Proficient in computer and administrative skills.Overall, organization and attention to detail are necessary.Total Compensation Package:Competitive Hourly/Salary ~ Depending on experience levelExcellent Bonus structureEligible for partial Work From Home (WFH) flexibility following the initial training and onboarding periodFollowing commencement of employment, you will be eligible to enroll in currently offered company benefits, such as health insurance, FSA, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, as well as others.Join us at this exciting juncture, where you can share your experience and make a real difference with our clients and colleagues.
