Outpatient Internal Medicine Opening

Job Description: Outpatient Internal Medicine opening – Mix of value-based and fee-for-service patients – Schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 – 15-18 patients per day – No hospital responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits: Employed position with base salary plus bonus incentives and company stock – 220k salary plus quality bonuses based on star ratings – Bonuses up to 40k year one. Additional bonus year two – Malpractice, $5,000 relocation – 22 days PTO, 6 paid public holidays, health insurance, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program
Community: Primary care group with multiple locations along the Florida Atlantic Coast
Requirements: BC/BE Family or Internal Medicine – Full License – Spanish bilingual required
