Job description
Baptist Health International is seeking an International Patient Services Coordinator to coordinate intake for international patients and support revenue efforts across our facilities. You will liaise with patients, insurers and guarantors to ensure smooth admissions and financial clearance and to maximize revenue opportunities.
Fluency in English and Spanish, strong customer service, and knowledge of medical terminology are essential as you manage transfers, authorizations and after-hours
