Job description
Apply advanced psychology expertise and bilingual Japanese and English communication skills to help improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on evaluating psychological content, developing culturally appropriate materials, and providing expert feedback that supports accurate, ethical, and context-sensitive model training. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities Analyze psychological case studies and related documentation, providing nuanced feedback and professional insights.
Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Japanese and English for data enrichment and AI model training.
Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with established psychological best practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute psychological perspectives and support solutions for diverse user needs.
Document evaluation methods, processes, and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
Interpret and refine psychological assessments across Japanese and English while maintaining conceptual, linguistic, and cultural fidelity.
Qualifications PhD in Psychology with demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
Native or near-native fluency in Japanese and English, including the ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with demonstrated ethical decision-making.
Experience developing or evaluating psychological case studies and psychological assessments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly when conveying nuanced psychological concepts between Japanese and English.
Familiarity with digital tools used for remote collaboration and documentation.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Work contributes to an innovative AI-focused customer project and involves applying professional psychology expertise to model training and evaluation.
No prior experience working with AI is required.
Compensation Compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per hour.
