Job description
The National Youth Advocate Program seeks a Lead Medical Coordinator to oversee health services for children in care. You will supervise Medical Coordinators, train staff on clinical topics, and ensure confidential health records management, triage, and care coordination.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support medical clearances, TARs, and transportation for appointments, and uphold PHI privacy while aligning with NYAP policies and state/funder guidelines.
