Job description
D & M Behavioral Solutions, based in South Florida, seeks a full-time Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) fluent in English and Spanish or Haitian Creole. You will lead ABA sessions, mentor other RBTs, and coordinate with BCBAs to ensure high-quality therapy for children and families.
This role requires five or more years of direct ABA experience, a current RBT certification, and a Florida driver’s license. Travel between client locations is expected, with benefits for full-time staff.
