Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Michigan Remote | Full-Time
Peregrine Health partners with community health organizations to expand access to high-quality behavioral health care, delivered by supported, full-time clinicians.
What We’re Looking For Required : Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license; must have an active and unrestricted license in Michigan
Required : Bilingual in English and Spanish
3+ years of clinical experience (community mental health, integrated care, or similar settings preferred)
Comfort providing therapy independently within a supported care model
Strong clinical judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Clear, professional communication and collaboration with care teams
Comfort using telehealth platforms and clinical documentation tools
Commitment to full-time work and continuity of care
