Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Representative - SpanishCarola Salinas - State Farm Agency, located in Leesburg, VA has an immediate opening for a full-time Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for this role:Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license.Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Leesburg, VA. This is an in-office position.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and servicesEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as neededProvide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarificationWhat we provide:Starting hourly pay $18 - $26 depending on licensing and experienceBonus and CommissionsPaid Time Off (vacation and personal/sick days)Life insuranceRetirement planValuable experienceGrowth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my officeRequirements:Bilingual English/Spanish (required)Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferredSales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferredSuccessful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredExcellent communication skills - written, verbal and listeningSelf-motivatedAbility to multi-taskAbility to effectively relate to a customerProperty & Casualty license (required)Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
