Licensed Clinical Therapist - Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)
Elevate Mental Health, part of Optum, is seeking a Spanish speaking full-time Licensed Clinical Therapist to join our Phoenix office. You'll have autonomy to create your own schedule while supporting a diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct screenings and assessments for mental health and substance use concerns
Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, etc.) to individuals and families
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
Support patient growth efforts through profile/marketing participation
