Job description
Apply psychiatric expertise and native-level Malay communication skills to help improve AI systems through clinically accurate, culturally grounded mental health content. This remote contract role focuses on translating real-world psychiatric judgment into high-quality case materials, assessments, and feedback. No prior AI experience is required.
Key Responsibilities Develop and evaluate complex psychiatric case studies that reflect real-world, culturally nuanced Malay contexts.
Conduct psychological assessments and provide expert annotations informed by Malay psychiatric practices and perspectives.
Create precise written analyses and clinical documentation in Malay and English, maintaining cultural and clinical accuracy.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams to strengthen AI understanding of psychiatric concepts.
Review and critique sensitive case content using ethical judgment, patient confidentiality, and professional best practices.
Develop bilingual communication frameworks for accurate exchange of psychiatric information.
Provide expert feedback on analytical evaluation methods used in AI mental health contexts.
Qualifications MD, MBBS, or equivalent medical degree, completed psychiatry residency, and a valid medical license.
Native fluency in Malay and advanced English proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Extensive experience with psychiatric assessment, treatment planning, and case documentation in Malay clinical settings.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning in complex mental health scenarios.
Experience developing teaching materials or case studies for education or research.
Experience with interdisciplinary work, preferably involving technology, research, or digital health.
Familiarity with Western and Malay psychiatric frameworks and a strong commitment to professional integrity.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Compensation $100 to $200 per hour.
