Job description
Apply advanced psychology expertise and bilingual Malay-English communication skills to help improve next-generation AI systems. This remote contract role focuses on evaluating psychological content, developing culturally appropriate materials, and providing expert feedback grounded in professional and academic experience. Prior AI experience is not required.
Key Responsibilities Analyze psychological case studies, assessments, and related documentation, providing detailed feedback based on professional expertise.
Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in both Malay and English for model training and data enrichment.
Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and consistency with psychological best practices.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute psychological perspectives and support solutions for diverse user needs.
Document evaluation methods, observations, and findings clearly and systematically to support transparency and reproducibility.
Interpret and refine psychological assessments across Malay and English while preserving meaning, terminology, and cultural context.
Qualifications PhD in Psychology.
Demonstrated experience in both clinical and academic settings.
Native or near-native fluency in Malay and English.
Ability to work with complex psychological terminology in both languages.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated sound ethical decision-making.
Experience developing or evaluating case studies and psychological assessments.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate nuanced psychological concepts between Malay and English.
Familiarity with digital tools used for remote collaboration and documentation.
Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and adaptability in multicultural environments.
Work Terms Remote contract engagement.
Work contributes to a customer project focused on improving how AI systems learn, reason, and perform.
No prior AI experience is required.
Compensation Hourly compensation ranges from $100 to $200.
Project Availability Participation is tied to available customer project work, and candidates may be considered for relevant opportunities as projects become available.
