Responsibilities
Manage and improve internal logistics processes from warehouse storage through production line replenishment.
Develop and implement bi-weekly logistics best practices to drive operational excellence.
Analyze and optimize warehouse, staging, and production support areas to improve material flow and space utilization.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for inbound and outbound logistics routes to reduce transportation waste and increase efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements that support lean manufacturing principles.
Ensure stable and uninterrupted material supply to production lines.
Monitor supply processes and implement corrective actions to prevent shortages and production disruptions.
Develop and implement packaging improvements for both locally sourced and imported parts.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to reduce packaging-related damage, waste, and transportation inefficiencies.
Manage truck scheduling and dock operations to support efficient inbound and outbound transportation activities.
Coordinate logistics activities to maximize operational efficiency and minimize delays.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or relate degrees.
Some occasional Domestic international travel required ( 5 ~ 10%)
Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred but not required.
