Our dedicated staff are committed to advancing health equity and making a long-term impact on the health outcomes of the more than 150,000 patients that count on ACCESS as their medical home each year.Position SummaryWork in collaboration with a skilled care team that includes dedicated providers, benefits specialists, front desk receptionists, behavioral health consultants and others to provide quality health services and resources to meet our patients' needs. Assist providers with onsite procedures. Take vital signs, perform phlebotomy and administer medications/vaccines directly to patients. Assist patients by responding to questions, returning calls, scheduling appointments and reviewing medical records. Actual compensation will be determined based on a combination of factors including years of experience, educational background, market conditions, and available grant funding.
