If so, we'd love to have you as part of our team!Why You'll Love Working With Us:Competitive Pay – Starting at $20.50/hr (negotiable based on experience).Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with 4% match, PTO, and more!Team-Oriented Culture – Work in a welcoming environment where positivity and collaboration thrive.Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM, Rotating Saturdays 8AM-12PMWhat You'll Do:Greet and check in patients while providing excellent customer serviceSchedule appointments and assist with patient registrationAnswer phones, process messages, and assist with general office communicationVerify insurance, collect copays, and maintain accurate patient informationSupport referrals, forms, scanning, and front desk administrative tasksAssist patients and families with questions regarding office processes and appointmentsAdapt quickly to different office workflows and team environmentsMaintain professionalism, organization, and attention to detail in fast-paced settingsWhat We're Looking For:1-3 years of Medical Receptionist experience requiredBilingual English/Spanish requiredExperience with AthenaOne and/or Phreesia strongly preferredStrong multitasking, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to changing environmentsProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented attitudeComfortable traveling between multiple office locationsPediatric or multi-site medical office experience preferredHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredCompensation Range: $20.50ph-$22phThe compensation range listed represents Allied Physicians Group's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation for this position at the time of posting.
