About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS to join our Functional Family Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. If you are inspired to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Position Description:
Deliver individualized therapy to families in home, school, and community settings, using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach.
Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process, emphasizing communication, problem-solving, and positive parenting techniques.
Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies, while ensuring safety and stability.
Be an integral part of a team-orientated environment.
Participate in initial and ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.

Responsibilities
Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with care teams as needed
Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level)
Candidates MUST be willing and able to: Live locally, within 1 hour of the noted territory.
Provide therapy inside the family home as a regular part of the position.
Maintain a flexible, non-traditional schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed, based on the availability of the youth and family.
Regularly travel throughout the full identified service territory to meet with families and provide services where needed.
Education Preference:
Master's in social work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling (MHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), psychology, counseling, education, or other relevant human service profession preferred; required for site supervisor position.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with youth and families.
Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families.
Licenses & Certifications:
Qualified Professional
License Eligible (LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT)
Full License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Compensation: Salary range for this educational level is commensurate with credentials held and experience.
Non-Licensed Therapist salary range: $51,993 - $57,534
Licensed Therapist salary range: $57,234 - $61,757Why Join Us
