Bilingual Mixer/BatcherSurestaff is immediately hiring a Bilingual Mixer/Batcher for a client in McCook, IL. A Mixer/Batcher is responsible for gathering, weighing, and mixing of all necessary ingredients. Some batching requirements include the actual cooking of ingredients to finalize a finished batch for production use. Surestaff is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($17/HR.) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).Available shifts include:2nd Shift (3-11pm)Job Responsibilities of the Bilingual Mixer/Batcher:Responsible for accurately reading and following manufacturing instructionsAccurately measure all ingredients for a batchRecord all required information in real-time on the proper formsAble to operate grinders, heating equipment, and cutting equipmentActing as an extension of the room supervisor Batcher is responsible for ensuring the success of the lineResponsible for working with and communicating with other associated departmentsShow characteristics of a team playerCapable of following and recognizing GMPsAble to locate and communicate incident reportingCan identify and follow proper procedures for food safety hazardsMust be timely, consistent, and detail-oriented.Required Qualifications of the Bilingual Mixer/Batcher:General mechanical aptitudeBe proficient in English AND Spanish speaking and writingBe timely, consistent, and detailed oriented.Ability to read and comprehend work orders and batching instructions.General math skillsAbout SurestaffAt Surestaff, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
