Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an established outpatient primary care practice in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This position provides comprehensive primary care to adult patients ages 17 and older and offers a four-day workweek with dedicated administrative time that may be completed remotely.

Approximately 20-25 Patients Per Day

Clinic Closed December 24 Through January 2 Each Year
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: $105,000-$150,000
Profit Sharing: Typically $15,000-$20,000 Annually
SCHEDULE
Four-Day Workweek
Built-In Administrative Time
Administrative Work May Be Completed From Home
Phone-Only Call Approximately Every 12 Weeks
Clinic Closed December 24 Through January 2 Each Year
ROLE
Provide Comprehensive Outpatient Primary Care
Care For Adult Patients Ages 17 And Older
Provide Relationship-Based Primary Care
Perform Minor Office Procedures Or Develop Those Skills
Work As Part Of A Collaborative Clinical Team
Manage Approximately 20-25 Patients Per Day

Requirements
Active North Carolina Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant License REQUIRED
Minimum 1 Year Of Primary Care Experience REQUIRED
Fluent In Spanish REQUIRED
Comfortable Providing Primary Care To Adults Ages 17 And Older REQUIRED
Preferred
Experience Performing Minor Office Procedures Preferred
Interest In Expanding Minor Office Procedure Skills Preferred
