Groups is an outpatient provider specializing in SUD treatment, delivering care both online and in person by local providers. The role involves supporting intakes, monitoring progress, and managing medication dosing within a team-based clinical system.
As a 1099 Nurse Practitioner/APP, you will conduct monthly prescription authorizations, maintain thorough notes in the EMR, and work 5 hours weekly on-site as credentialing progresses. Bilingual English/Spanish required.
