Job description
Randstad North America is hiring a Bilingual Site Manager to support our Randstad Inhouse Service (RIS) division. This on-site role partners with the client's HR team to recruit, screen, and place talent, ensuring alignment with workforce forecasts.
You will build strong relationships with client managers, manage end-to-end staffing processes, and deliver innovative staffing solutions on a high-volume, on-site basis.
