Evernorth Health Services seeks an Onsite Health Educator to provide in-person coaching and education at multiple Houston sites. The role focuses on personalized health plans, goal setting, and client empowerment to improve health outcomes.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in health coaching, a health-related bachelor’s, CPR/BLS, and strong presentation skills in Spanish. This will be an on-site position supporting community wellness initiatives.
