CityChoice Medical & Diagnostics seeks a Part-time PCP with at least 1 year of family medicine experience. Outpatient care across two Queens locations (Glendale & Rego Park) with EMR via Tebra. Bilingual Spanish helpful; salary commensurate with experience.
