Job description
EPIC Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner who is bilingual in English and Polish to join our on-site team. You will deliver primary care in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting, own patient care, collaborate with physicians, and help lead diagnostics.
We offer base pay of $110,000–$150,000 with up to $9,000 in quarterly bonuses and a $5,000 sign-on at 30 days plus $5,000 at 6 months.
