Part Time Bilingual Receptionist & Medical AssistantThe Bilingual Receptionist & Medical Assistant Floater provides front-office and clinical support across multiple departments as needed. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, strong customer service skills, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced medical environment. The floater supports patient flow, ensures efficient clinic operations, and delivers high-quality patient care.Schedule:Monday - FridayPart Time / Monday - Wed 1-4 pm but alternates every two months 8am-12 pm Thursday 12-4Pay:$18.50 - $20.00 DOEEssential Job Functions:Greet patients and visitors in a friendly mannerPrepare and sanitize exam rooms before and between visitsAssist patients with health questionnaires and escort them to examination roomsRecord vital signs and patient information on charts (e.g., pulse, temperature, blood pressure)Support physicians during patient examinations and treatmentsPerform basic lab tasks like drawing blood and preparing specimensSet up procedure rooms with necessary supplies and clean instrumentsCover front desk duties when needed and float to other clinics if requiredRequirements:Medical Assistant CertificateNew Grads WelcomeFluent in SpanishBLS CertificationExperience with E-Clinical Works (ECW) is a plusMust be reliable, punctual, and dependableIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply ASAP.
