Location: Farmers Branch, TX
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Education Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Additional training in customer service, parts sales, inventory management, or related fields is a plus.
Experience Requirements
2+ years of customer service, administrative support, parts sales, inside sales, or related industry experience.
Experience processing orders, managing customer accounts, and resolving customer inquiries.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Experience with inventory systems, CRM software, order entry platforms, or parts lookup tools preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Experience identifying and researching parts using model and serial numbers.
Knowledge of Honda engines, power equipment, automotive parts, outdoor power equipment, or similar product lines highly preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Demonstrated job stability and a strong work history.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods.
Frequent communication with customers by phone, email, and other channels.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced customer support environment.
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
Job Duties
Provide bilingual customer support in English and Spanish to dealers, distributors, and end users.
Answer questions regarding parts availability, compatibility, specifications, pricing, and order status.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Research and identify replacement parts using model numbers, serial numbers, catalogs, and lookup tools.
Monitor inventory and order status, coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain accurate customer, order, and transaction records within company systems.
Communicate order updates, inventory information, and product recommendations to customers.
Partner with sales, service, and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns and improve the customer experience.
Stay current on product knowledge, parts information, and company resources.
