Bilingual Patient Access Navigator (Spanish/English)

Job description

AssistRx is hiring a Bilingual Patient Access Specialist to support Spanish-speaking clients in both Spanish and English. You will process applications, introduce the assistance program, conduct benefit investigations, and navigate reimbursement issues, while entering patient data and communicating with insurers.

This role supports pilots and special projects within a collaborative team. The position requires an AA or equivalent, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong Microsoft Office
