Versova is seeking a People Operations Partner to provide strategic HR partnership to farm leadership, focusing on workforce planning, compliance strategy, and leadership coaching. The role will coordinate with managers to align people practices with operations, analyze turnover and engagement metrics, and guide updates to leave, benefits, and pay practices.
The position is onsite, with 10–15% travel, and requires a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years HR experience, plus bilingual English/Spanish
