Job description
Versova is seeking a People Operations Partner in Moses Lake, WA to provide strategic HR partnership to farm leadership. You will focus on workforce planning, employee engagement, compliance strategy, and leadership coaching to align people practices with operations.
The role is full-time and onsite with 10-15% travel. You will partner with managers, implement performance management programs, and advise on employee relations and labor compliance, while promoting Versova's core values and culture.
