Job description
Brasstech is seeking a People Operations Partner to join our team in California. You will partner with leaders to attract talent, support employee relations, and enhance onboarding and employee experience.
You will lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles, coach leaders, ensure compliance with California laws, and help build programs that strengthen our culture and business results. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
