nOverview
nWe are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Sr. Case Manager to join our growing plaintiff-side personal injury practice. This role requires a self-sufficient professional who can manage a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement in a fast-paced environment. This is NOT a remote or hybrid role.
nResponsibilities
nManage a full pre-litigation caseload from case opening through settlement
nServe as primary point of contact for clients
nOpen and maintain electronic case files and detailed case notes
nRequest, track, and organize medical records and billing
nCoordinate and schedule medical treatment
nHandle property damage and loss-of-use claims
nIdentify and assist with Medi-Cal and Medicare lien issues
nCommunicate with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and vendors
nDraft routine correspondence and documents for attorney review
nWrite Demands
nNegotiate medical bills
nSettle cases during pre-lit phase
nEnsure deadlines and compliance with firm procedures
nRequirements
nBilingual Spanish/English (read, write, speak) — REQUIRED
n5+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
nStrong knowledge of PI pre-litigation processes
nExperience handling medical records, treatment coordination, and property damage
nFamiliarity with Medi-Cal and Medicare liens
nHighly organized and detail-oriented
nStrong written and verbal communication skills
nProficient in Microsoft Office and Filevine
nAble to work independently and as part of a team
