Job description
Leon Home Health, Inc. is seeking skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients. This home care role focuses on assessing patient needs and creating innovative treatment plans for geriatric, Spanish-speaking clients in Miami-Dade County.
Applicants must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and licensed in Florida, with strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic home-based setting.
