Job description
Deer Oaks Behavioral Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for our Long-Term Care Clinical Services. This part-time, on-site role focuses on geriatric psychiatric care within local facilities.
You will conduct in-person evaluations, develop and adjust treatment plans, prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, and document in the EMR while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Ongoing CEUs and strong administrative support are provided.
