$500 sign on bonus*
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm (with Full Time Benefits!!!)

Position: Bilingual Program Director (Case Management Role)

What You’ll Do:
Managing the day-to-day activities of the assigned program
Monitoring services for your assigned client caseload
Ensuring compliance with program and licensure standards
Supporting and collaborating with office staff
Reporting concerns to the Lead Program Director
Traveling for client visits and community activities
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field (required)
2+ years of experience providing services to individuals with disabilities (required)
Case management experience (preferred)
Home health experience (preferred)
Familiarity with CLASS, CBA, DBMD, PHC, or DADS programs (a plus)
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
