nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bookkeeper to join our team at Cider Mill Apartments in Montgomery Village, MD. The ideal candidate will assist with rent collections.
n** Your Responsibilities: **
nnResponsible for collections and delinquent rent.
n n** What you offer: **
nnBilingual ability is a plus.
nStrong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette required.
nExcellent oral and written communication.
nYardi experience is a plus.
nWorking knowledge of OneSite software.
nProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
nSolid understanding of accounting principles.
