Job description
Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic has an opportunity for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Lancaster Family Health Center in Salem, OR. This 0.60/0.40 FTE role splits time between Lancaster and Beverly clinics, reflecting our commitment to community health and underserved populations.
You will manage a full-scope panel across pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients, work with a bilingual Medical Assistant, and use EPIC EMR.
