Job description
We Achieve ABA is seeking compassionate, motivated RBTs or ABATs to join our growing team. You will work directly with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under BCBA supervision in home and community settings.
The role emphasizes patience, reliability, and strong communication as you collect data, maintain compliant records, and collaborate with families to support progress and independence. Flexible part-time scheduling is available.
