Suvida Healthcare is seeking a Registered Dietitian to assess and improve nutrition equity for Medicare-eligible Hispanic seniors. You will work with a multidisciplinary team across prevention to treatment, delivering culturally tailored nutrition care using the latest tools and lifestyle medicine programming.
Responsibilities include nutrition counseling, culinary medicine classes, and collaborating with community partners to address social determinants of health.
