Job description
Casa Esperanza, Inc. is seeking staff to ensure the safety and security of a residential program while supporting clients through crisis intervention, medication monitoring, and daily operations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates with data entry skills are preferred for all awake shifts.
The role involves front desk duties, client scheduling, rounds, and collaboration with Case Management and nursing staff to support residents in Boston and the Merrimack Valley.
