Job description
Casa Esperanza, Boston, is hiring a Recovery Specialist for a part-time Sat & Sun 7am-3pm shift. You will manage front desk operations, monitor client medications, and provide crisis intervention within a bilingual environment.
The role requires English/Spanish fluency, strong safety focus, and collaboration with the treatment team. The position offers a base rate of $18.50–$24.50 per hour with shift differentials, sick pay, credential-based raises, and additional fringe benefits.
