Job OpportunityThe Staff Pad has partnered with a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center in Ontario, CA, to recruit a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) for its Pomona, CA location. This role offers the opportunity to support quality dental care in a busy clinic while working alongside an experienced healthcare team.Schedule: Full-Time | Tuesday through Saturday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMWhat You'll Do:Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental proceduresAssist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and suctioningSterilize and organize dental instruments and suppliesTake and develop dental radiographsProvide patient education on oral hygiene and post-treatment careMaintain dental supply inventory and assist with equipment upkeepSupport a positive, welcoming patient experienceWhat We Are Looking For:Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certificationCompletion of required state licensing and examsCurrent CPR certificationBilingual English/Spanish requiredKnowledge of dental equipment and terminologyStrong communication and teamwork skillsIf you're ready to put your dental skills to work in a patient-centered environment, join a collaborative team where you can make a meaningful difference in the community while enjoying a stable, full-time opportunity with a growing clinic.
