Job description
Blufox Mobile is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead our Xfinity-aligned store in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach a sales team, manage store operations, and drive performance through customer focus and strategic leadership.
The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, experience in retail leadership, and the ability to develop talent, optimize processes, and exceed sales targets in a multi-state telecom retail setting.
