Job description
Blufox Mobile, a premier partner of Comcast Xfinity, seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead our NJ location. You will coach a sales team, drive revenue, and ensure best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
You will recruit and develop staff, manage daily operations, monitor KPIs, and implement growth strategies to meet company goals. Bilingual English/Spanish is required for this role.
