Job description
Blufox Mobile is seeking a Retail Store Manager in the Philadelphia area to lead a busy wireless retail location. You will coach a high-performing team, drive sales, and ensure outstanding customer service.
As a key leader, you’ll recruit and train staff, manage daily operations, and optimize store performance while maintaining a customer-first culture and effective inventory control. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication and a passion for coaching and results.
