Job description
Molina Healthcare is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse to support care management and care coordination for LTSS in Wisconsin. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated member care and promote outcomes.
The RN will assess, plan, implement, and monitor care plans, including waiver services, and may travel locally up to 25-40% to meet contract requirements. EOE M/F/D/V
